$150 certification · AMCC-certified physicians · Quick appointments · Two locations near dispensaries
Alabama law allows medical cannabis for patients with qualifying conditions whose conventional treatments have not provided adequate relief.
Call 205.332.3160 or visit mythcdr.com to book at either location.
A board-certified physician evaluates your condition, reviews your history, and determines if you qualify.
If you qualify, we submit your certification to the AMCC. You receive your medical cannabis card and can visit a dispensary.
Cannabis is one tool in comprehensive pain care. We evaluate whether it's appropriate for your specific situation as part of a broader treatment plan — not as a standalone solution.
